Orders & vouchers

Placing an order

Check products, quantities, pickup or available shipping, address and total before submitting. Stock is reserved for 30 minutes and unpaid pending orders expire afterwards. Pay through Mollie when enabled or arrange verified payment with the studio during this period. Your account shows the current status.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are issued after verified online payment or staff-confirmed receipt. Download the PDF and check the balance in your account. Redemptions and refunds are recorded with an amount and reference. Keep your voucher code secure.

Changes and refunds

Withdraw pending orders in your account. For changes after payment, returns, refunds and further contractual information, contact kamala@nagelperfektion.eu. Statutory rights remain unaffected. A requested refund is complete only after the payment provider confirms it.
